Keeping secrets is hard. Months before Odido’s public launch on September 5, 2023, we were already deep into production. Tele2 and T-Mobile joined forces to form a new brand—Odido—and it all had to stay top secret under the codename Project M. Client: ALDA Group

About the production

The result: a 15-minute launch show combining video, lighting, sound design, choreography, and special effects. All visuals were scaled to massive LED screens and ran on ultra-high resolutions—just the way we like it. The creative process was flexible, with only two fixed parameters: the date, and the brand guidelines.

Together with the show team and director Timor Steffens, we shaped the experience into three acts: History, Humanity, and Brand Reveal. A dancer performed live throughout, interacting with the video—pushing and pulling words and elements in and out of the screen.

Programming & advancing

We used Cinema 4D, Blender, After Effects, and Premiere to create the content. We filmed two studio sessions: one with the CEOs, one with the dancer. The visuals were rendered in a 4x 4K setup, controlled via Resolume.

Live operating

The evening kicked off with the show, followed by a night full of bold Odido visuals across the venue—syncing perfectly with live performances from well-known artists.
