This year, the Extraordinary League of VeeMee – featuring Michelle “Captain Creativity” van Mil, Gijs “The Live Lantern” de Fijter, Tobias “Doctor 3D” van Bladel, Suzanne “The Projection Panther” van Dongen, and Robin “The Audiovisual Arrow” van Creij – have assembled, and combined all their superpowers: Expertise, imagination, passion, problem solving, grit, and x-ray vision! Ok, maybe not that last one. But they were definitely the VJ-heroes that Intents deserved!

What a sight to behold! In the weeks running up to Emporium 2019, our documentary crew went on an expedition to witness our VJs in their natural habitat, operating at their utmost peak performance. Hunting and gathering fresh ideas, and nurturing the wildest visuals until fully grown to become strong and independent VJ loops and closing shows. We created environments and animals, flora and fauna, biomes and ecosystems. From octopi and jellyfish in the watery depths to peacocks and parrots in the avian heights, we had it all covered. Most importantly, though, we had a dancing panda bear.

Fedde Le Grand is a man who has received more love than most. His songs “Side Effects,” “Rhythm of the Night” and “Put Your Hands Up” have made him a star, and because his music brings joy to others, that joy is reflected back onto the stage.
“All Over The World,” his first single of 2019, is all about spreading love across oceans and continents. It’s an infectious hook with a bumpin’ beat with a vocal part that gets straight to the point. Our goal was to visualize the feeling that the sound gave us, whilst taking the lyrics quite literal. Fedde Le Grand is seen spreading love around every part of the globe. We kept a tight visual style, with the red-white colorscheme. Provoking the sense of hearts and love, this video perfectly fits the song’s near-Valentines day release date!
